Then, Avoid long periods of intense activity during the heat of summer. Summer can be a dangerous time for long periods of activity on the sun and heat. Keep your family protected by the shade it offers, breaks, and plenty of fluids. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Summer is hot and a lot of places with high humidity.Finally, Increase your business and social agenda! Summer is a wonderful time to gather with friends who have been shown to increase your happiness and fulfillment in life. It also offers a great time to increase your activity level by offering many choices of activities that make you go from swimming to tennis to golf. Studies have shown that people who are happy and active living longer, healthier and happier. What can you do this summer to improve your health?
